Manchester, New Hampshire: Hillary Clinton's campaign on Thursday warned rival Bernie Sanders against letting some of his supporters' "crudeness" – particularly attacks from a social media contingent loosely dubbed the "Bernie Bros" – seep into his own criticism of Mrs Clinton.
