United Nations investigators said that in September Syrian government aircraft purposefully bombed and strafed a humanitarian convoy which killed 14 aid workers and halted relief operations, according to Reuters. The details were released in a report identifying war crimes committed by both Syria and the opposition, which included Syrian and Russian air strikes occurring daily on Aleppo between July and December 22 which killed hundreds.
